THIS TEMPORARY FUEL TANK INSTALLATION HAS BEEN INSTALLED AND TESTED INACCORDANCE WITH FAA APPROVED BOYD ENTERPRISES INC AUXILIARY FUEL SYSTEM (KODIAK) DRAWING, DATED 10/21/2017. SEE ATTACHED DRAWING FOR INSTALLATION DETAILS. A TEMPORARY WEIGHT AND BALANCE REPORT HAS BEEN GENERATED FOR THE ABOVE REFERENCED TEMPORARY AUX FUEL SYSTEM INSTALLA TION. THIS TEMPORARY WEIGHT AND BALANCE DATA WILL REMAIN IN EFFECT FORTHE DURATION OF THE SPECIAL FLIGHT PERMIT AND/OR UNTIL THE TEMPORARY EXTENDED RANGE FUEL SYSTEM IS REMOVED. NOTE: THIS IS A TEMPORARY INSTALLATION. UPON ARRIVAL AT THE DESTINATION, THE TEMPORARY EXTENDED RANGE FUEL SYSTEM IS REMOVED AND THE AIRCRAFT IS RETURNED TO ITS ORIGINAL CONFIGURATION. THE CURRENT WEIGHT AND BALANCE DATA IN THE PILOTS OPERATING HANDBOOK WILL AGAIN APPLY. NOTE: THIS AIRCRAFT DOES NOT MEET THE APPLICABLE AIRWORTHINESS REQUIREMENTS WHEN OPERATED AT A WEIGHT IN EXCESS OF ITS CERTIFICATED MAX TAKEOFF WEIGHT. |
