A NEW WEIGHT AND BALANCEHAS BEEN COMPUTED AND PROVIDED TO THE PILOT AND THE AIRCRAFT IS WITHINTHE WEIGHT AND C.G. LIMITS. IF GROSS WEIGHT EXCEEDS 110% OF MAXIMUM CERTIFICATED WEIGHT, A STRUCTURAL EVALUATION LETTER FROM APPROPRIATE ACO IS ATTACHED. THIS FUEL SYSTEM HAS BEEN INSTALLED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ABOVE NAMED DRAWINGS, OPERATED PROPERLY, AND DOES NOT LEAK. THE MAGNETIC COMPASS HAS BEEN CHECKED FOR ACCURACY.
