THIS DATA WAS FIELD APPROVED BY FAA NE-FSDO-05 ON 12-27-89 AND THE ORIGINAL 337 APPROVAL IS RETAINED IN THE AEROFUSION CRSSA5R190N REPAIRSTATION MANUAL. LONG RANGE FUEL TANK/S INSTALLED PER AEROFUSION DRAW-INGS AF-31-II, AF-31-FS/ID-1, AF-31-FS/ID, 2AF-31VS-ID AND AF-31-OI. THE TANKS WERE MANUFACTURED PER DRAWINGS AF-TYP-150 AND AF-TYP-98. A NEW WEIGHT AND BALANCE HAS BEEN COMPUTED AND PROVIDED TO THE PILOT ANDTHE AIRCRAFT IS WITHIN THE WEIGHT AND C.G. LIMITS. IF THE GROSS WEIGHTEXCEEDS 110% OF THE MAXIMUM CERTIFICATED WEIGHT, A STRUCTURAL EVALUA- TION LETTER FROM THE APPROPRIATE ACO IS ATTACHED. THIS FUEL SYSTEM HAS BEEN INSTALLED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ABOVE NAMED DRAWINGS, OPERATED PROPERLY AND DOES NOT LEAK. THE MAGNETIC COMPASS HAS BEEN CHECKED FOR ACCURACY. THE PILOT HAS BEEN FURNISHED FUEL MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTIONS.
