THIS MAJOR ALTERATION CONSISTS OF A MODIFICATION TO THE AIRCRAFT FUEL SYSTEM TO INCORPORATE A TEMPORARY EXTENDED RANGE FUEL TANK AND ASSOCIATED VALVES AND PLUMBING FOR FERRY OPERATIONS. THE EXTENDED RANGE FUEL TANK WILL BE LOCATED BETWEEN FUSELAGE STATION 168-218. INSTALLED FERRY/DELIVERY FUEL TANK SYSTEM WITH REFERENCE TO TDL AERO ENTERPRISES INSTALLATION DOCUMENT C90-500. SEE ATTACHED SHEET WITH WEIGHT AND BALANCE DATA. FUEL AIRCRAFT WITH FERRY TANK INSTALLED. OPEN ALL DOORS PRIOR TO FUELING. FILL AIRCRAFT WING TANKS FIRST PRIOR TO FUELING FERRY TANK. FUEL FERRY TANK BY SPECIFIC METERING OF FUEL TO CAPACITIES PLACARDED ON FERRY TANK. DURING FUELING INSPECT SYSTEM FOR LEAKS, STOP FUELING IF LEAKS ARE DETECTED AND CORRECT ANY DEFECTS.INSTALL FERRY TANK CAP AND ASSURE IT IS TIGHT. AIRCRAFT MUST BE OPERATED PER A SPECIAL FLIGHT PERMIT WHILE FERRY FUEL SYSTEM IS INSTALLED. FERRY SYSTEM SHALL BE REMOVED UPON REACHING DESTINATION IN THE OPERATIONS LIMITATIONS.
