THIS AIRCRAFT HAS BEEN EQUIPPED WITH A TEMPORARY FERRY FUEL SYSTEM, CONSISTING OF ONE 100 GALLON TANK INSTALLED IN ACCORDANCE WITH EA-FSDO-65 ACCEPTED DATA AND TELFORD AVIATION SERVICES, INC. REPORT TAS-CE-172S. SEE ATTACHED TEMPORARY WEIGHT AND BALANCE DATA. THIS TEMPORARY WEIGHT AND BALANCE DATA WILL REMAIN IN EFFECT FOR THE DURATION OF THE SPECIAL FLIGHT PERMIT (FAA FORM 8130-7) AND/OR THE TEMPORARY FUEL SYSTEM IS REMOVED. REQUIREMENTS FOR ADDITIONAL OIL HAS HAS BEEN ESTABLISHED IN ACCORDANCE WITH AC23.1011-1. REMOVAL INSTRUCTIONS ARE INCLUDED ALONG WITH FERRY FUEL SYSTEM MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTIONS. THIS IS A TEMPORARY INSTALLATION UPON ARRIVAL AT DESTINATION, THE TEMPORARY FERRY FUEL SYSTEM MUST BE EMOVED; THE AIRCRAFT INSPECTED FOR DAMAGE AND PROPER OPERATIONS; ANDTHE COMPASS CHECKED FOR ACCURACY BEFORE RETURNING THIS AIRCRAFT TO SERVICE. THE CURRENT WEIGHT AND BALANCE DATA IN THE FAA APPROVED AIRPLANE FLIGHT MANUAL OR PILOTS OPERATING HANDBOOK WILL AGAIN APPLY
