THE NEW WEIGHT AND BALANCEWAS COMPUTED AND PROVIDED TO THE PILOT. THE AIRCRAFT IS WITHIN THE WEIGHT AND C.G. LIMITS IN ACCORDANCE WITH WICHITA ACO LETTER OF AUTHORIZATION DATED 04/04/2008. THE FUEL SYSTEM HAS BEEN OPERATIONALLYCHECKED AND THE ENGINE RUNS ON ALL TANKS. THE FUEL SYSTEM HAS BEEN OPERATIONALLLY CHECKED AND DOES NOT LEAK. THE PILOT HAS BEEN PROVIDED WITH AN "AIRPLANE AUXILIARY FUEL SYSTEM INSTRUCTIONS" BOOKLET FOR THE PROPER OPERATION OF THE AUXILIARY FUEL SYSTEM. UPON ARRIVAL AT THE DESTINATION LISTED ON THE FAA FORM 8130-7 FERRY PERMIT, THIS FIELD APPROVAL EXPIRES AND IS VOID. THE AIRCRAFT MUST BE RETURNED TO SERVICEAND THE AUXILIARY FUEL SYSTEM REMOVED IN ACCORDANCE TO THE ATTACHED
