INSTALLED PROVISION FOR TEMPORARY FUEL SYSTEM CONSISTING OF THE FOLLOWING: A CONTROL PANEL WAS MOUNTED BEHIND THE PILOTS SEAT IN A STEEL FRAME SECURED TO THE FLOOR TRACK. THIS PANEL CONTAINS THE FOLLOWING: 1-LEFT ENGINE FERRY FUEL COCK. 2-RIGHT ENGINE FERRY FUEL COCK. 3-FERRY FUEL PUMP ON/OFF SWITCHES (2OFF) 4-FUEL PUMP FUSES ANDSPARES. NEXT TO THE CONTROL PANEL ARE MOUNTED TWO ELECTRICAL FUEL PUMPS WHICH ARE PLUMBED IN PARALLEL AND ARE USED TO ASSIST IN THE TRANSFER OF FUEL FROM THE FERRY TANKS TO THE ENGINES. THE SYSTEM LIMITATIONS, CONDITIONS AND OPERATING PROCEDURES ARE FULLY DETAILED IN THE RELEVANT FLIGHT MANUAL SUPPLEMENT OF ASSOCIATED MODIFICATIONS NB-M233 AND 435. THE OPERATING PROCEDURES ARE ALSO PROVIDED FOR THE PILOT IN THE FORM OF A CONVENIENT PLACARD IN THE PILOTS DOOR POCKET ORSEAT BACK POCKET. THE INSTALLATION IS PROVIDED BY BRITTEN-NORMAN MODIFICATION NB-M-233. NOTE: THIS IS A PROVISION FOR INSTALLATION ANDDOES NOT INCLUDE THE INSTALLATION OF THE FERRY FUEL TANK(S). NOTE: THIS SYSTEM IS A TEMPORARY INSTALLATION AND MUST BE REMOVED AND THE AIRCRAFT RETURN TO ITS ORIGINAL CONFIGURATION UPON ARRIVAL AT ITS DESTINATION.
The duration of aircraft registration certificates has been extended up to 7 years. The Registry will be issuing revised certificates in batches based on the former expiration date. For verification purposes, even though the expiration date on the registration certificate may not match the expiration date in the FAA Aircraft Registration database, any registration certificate displaying an expiration date of January 31, 2023 or later is still valid. This applies to all foreign Civil Aviation Authorities or anyone else with a verification need.
