How to find reports
Internet Explorer If you are using Internet Explorer you can use the map to find the reports you are looking for.
To use the map you first select the type of information that you want in the report, either Pilot or Non-Pilot.
Then select the type of report that you want, either Summary or Detail. Next, click on the region that you want
to view.
If you are having problems with using the map then use the method described below.
Netscape If you are using Netscape the map described above will not appear on your screen and you will have to use the
following method to find the reports you are looking for. To view a report simply select the report you want to see
from either the Pilot table or the Non-Pilot table. The summary reports for both information types contain the summaries
for all the regions.
How to print reports
Due to the large amount of data on the reports some special steps are necessary for the reports to print correctly.
Internet Explorer On the Internet Explorer menu bar, go to File, then to Page Setup. Change the Left and Right margins to 0.2". Then
change the Orientation to Landscape and hit the OK button. You should now be able to print the reports.
Netscape On the Netscape Menu bar, go to File, then to Page Setup. Change the Left and Right margins to 0.00". Press the OK button.
Next, on the Netscape Menu bar, go to Edit, then to Preferences. Make sure that the size of the Variable Width Font is set to
size 8 and it is set to Use document-specified fonts, including Dynamic Fonts. Press the OK button.
Now, go to File, then Print. On the Print window, hit the Properties button.
On the Properties window change the Orientation to Landscape. Press the OK button.
Now press the OK button on the Print window and the report will print.
