INSTALLATION OF ONE FUEL TANK MANUFACTURED BY TURTLE-PAC PTY. LTD. SPECIFICALLY FOR THE AIRCRAFT, 160 GALLON COLLAPSIBLE TURTLE-PAC FERRY FUEL BLADDER. DATA FOR ELECTRICAL DETAILS FOR MAJOR ALTERATION TO THIS AIRCRAFT APPROVED BY R.E. WENIGER (DERT-605998-NM). SEE ATTACHED FAA FORM 8110-3 DATED 5/29/14. DATA FOR FUEL SYSTEMS IS APPROVED FOR THIS AIRCRAFT BY MARK A SHELLY (DERT-230116-CE). DATA FOR STRUCTURAL ASPECTS IS APPROVED BY THIS AIRCRAFT BY WILLIAM DICKERSON (DERT-810096-NE). SEE ATTACHED FAA FROM 8110-3 DATED 5/30/14. A WEIGHT & BALANCE WAS CALCULATED BASED UPON THE CURRENT W&B REPORT PROVIDED BY "AN ILLEGIBLE NAME ON THE W&B REVISION SHEET" 3721189 A&P, DATED 6/5/2014. AIRCRAFT WEIGHT AND BALANCE HAS BEEN COMPUTED. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PILOT IN COMMAND TO ENSURE THAT THE AIRCRAFT IN A LOADED CONFIGURATION FALLS WITHIN THE MANUFACTURERS APPROVED CG LIMITS AND THE WEIGHT RESTRICTIONS OF THE AIRCRAFT. A COPY OF THIS 337 SHALL REMAIN ON BOARD THE AIRCRAFT WHILE OPERATING WITH SYSTEM INSTALLED. SYSTEM OPERATIONAL AND LEAK CHECKED SATISFACTORY. THIS SYSTEM IS A TEMPORARY INSTALLATION FOR A RELOCATION FLIGHT AND IS TO BE REMOVED BY AUTHORIZED PERSONNEL UPON COMPLETION OF FERRY FLIGHT. THE SEQUENCE OF USE OF THE FERRY TANK SYSTEM SHALL BE AS SHOWN BY THE TEMPORARY PLACARD INSTALLED IN THE AIRCRAFT IN VIEW OF THE PILOT AND THE FERRY TANK SYSTEM HANDBOOK DOC. NO. AIR-A36-N20TC.
