WOE C50CP SHEETS 1 & 2 DATED 10/20/2002 AND WOE C 100 SHEETS 1 & 2, 182-1 SHEETS 1-14 DATED 11/14/2002, 182FL SHEETS 1-4 DATED 10/20/2002 AND DRAWING 182VT SHEET 1 DATED 11/14/2002 IN ACCORDANCE WITH FAA FORM 8110-3 DATED 11/18/2002 PROVIDED BY DERT 510375CE AC43.13-1B AND ACCEPTED INDUSTRY PRACTICES PERTAINING TO HARDWARE AND FITTINGS. ALL TANKS HAVE BEEN PRESSURE CHECKED TO 1.5 ANDFOUND TO BE SATISFACTORY FOR THE INTENDED INSTALLATION. STRUCTURAL SUBSTANTIATION WAS PROVIDED IN REPORT WOE-02-08 DATED 11/18/2002 AND APPROVED BY 8110-3 DATED 11/18/2002. THE FUEL SYSTEM HAS BEEN OPERAT IONALLY CHECKED AND THE ENGINE RUNS ON ALL FUEL TANKS. THE FUEL SYSTEMOPERATES NORMALLY AND DOES NOT LEAK. THE PILOT HAS BEEN FURNISHED WITHAN "AIRPLANE AUXILIARY FUEL SYSTEM INSTRUCTIONS" BOOKLET FOR PROPER OPERATIONS OF THE AUXILIARY FUEL SYSTEM FOR CESSNA 182 SERIES. UPON ARRIVAL AT THE DESTINATION LISTED ON THE 8130-7 FERRY PERMIT, THIS FIELD APPROVED 337 EXPIRES AND IS VOID. THE AIRCRAFT MUST BE RETURNED TO SERVICE AND THE AUXILIARY FUEL SYSTEM REMOVED IN ACCORDANCE TO THE AIRCRAFT WOE 128RI REMOVAL INSTRUCTIONS. WHEN THE AIRCRAFT HAS BEEN RETURNED TO ITS ORIGINAL CONFIGURATION, THE AIRCRAFT HAS BEEN INSPECTED FOR DAMAGE WHILE IN THE OVERWEIGHT CONDITION PER CESSNA 182 SERVICE MANUAL, A CERTIFIED MECHANIC MUST MAKE A SIGNED ENTRY IN THE AIRCRAFT RECORDS ATTESTING TO THE RETURN TO SERVICE ACCORDING TO WOE 182RI. |
