INSTALLED TEMPORARY AUIXILIARY LONG RANGE FUEL TANK/TANKS PER WINGS OF EAGLES DRAWINGS NO WOE C50CP SHEETS 1 & 2 DATED 10/20/02 AND WOE C 100 SHEETS 1 & 2, 182-1 SHEETS 1-14 DATED NOVEMBER 14, 2002, 182FL SHEETS 1-4 DATED OCTOBER 20, 2002. IN ACCORDANCE WITH FAA FORM 8110-3 PROVIDED BY DERT-51375-CE, AC 43.13-1B AND ACCEPTED INDUSTRY PRACTICES PERTAINING TO HARDWARE AND FITTINGS. ALL TANKS HAVE BEEN PRESSURE CHECKED TO 3.5 PSI AND FOUND TO BE SATISFACTORY FOR THE INTENDED INSTALLATION. STRUCTURAL SUBSTANTIATION WAS PROVIDED IN REPORT WOE-02-05 DATED APRIL 23, 2002 AND APPROVED BY 8110-3 DATED APRIL 23, 2002. THE FUEL SYSTEM HAS BEEN OPERATIONALLY CHECKED AND THE ENGINE RUNS ON ALL FUEL TANKS. THE FUEL SYSTEM OPERATES NORMALLY AND DOES NOT LEAK. THE PILOT HAS BEEN FURNISHED WITH AN AIRPLANE AUXILLIARY FUEL SYSTEM INSTRUCTIONS BOOKLET FOR PROPER OPERATIONS OF THE AUXILLIARY FUEL SYSTEM FOR CESSNA 182Q. UPON ARRIVAL AT THE DESTINATION LISTED ON THE 8130-7 FERRY PERMIT, THIS FIELD APPROVED 337 EXPIRES AND IS VOID. THE AIRCRAFT MUST BE RETURNED TO SERVICE ANDTHE AUXILLIARY FUEL SYSTEM REMOVED IN ACCORDANCE TO THE ATTACHED WOE 182RI REMOVAL INSTRUCTIONS. WHEN THE AIRCRAFT HAS BEEN RETURNED TO ITS ORIGINAL CONFIGURATION, THE AIRCRAFT HAS BEEN INSPECTED FOR DAMAGE WHILE IN THE OVERWEIGHT CONDITION PER CESSNA 182 SERVICE MANUALA CERTIFIED MECHANIC MUST MAKE A SIGNED ENTRY IN THE AIRCRAFT RECORDS ATTESTING TO THE RETURN TO SERVICE ACCORDING TO WOE 182RI. |
