THISTEMPORARY LONG RANGE SYSTEM INSTALLATION WAS PERFORMED IN ACCORDANCE WITH REPORT KR-1390 AS REVISED DUPLICATION ALTERATION APPROVED ON FAA FORM 337 DATED MARCH 26, 1987 FOR PIPER PA-34-220T S/N 3433041 REGISTRATION N9120D AND EXTENDED GROSS WEIGHT PERMIT INCLUDED AS PERFORMED AND FILED WITH THIS REPAIR STATION. OIL CONSUMPTION ESTABLISHED DURING PREVIOUS FLIGHTS AND OIL SUPPLY DETERMINED TO BE ADEQUATE FOR LENGTH OF FLIGHT. FERRY SYSTEM SHALL BE REMOVED UPON ARRIVAL AT DESTINATION BY A CERTIFIED MECHANIC OR REPAIR STATION AS REQUIRED BY THE FAA ADMINISTRATOR. LOG BOOK MUST BE COMPLETED. AIRCRAFT ACTUAL GROSS WEIGHT 4750 LBS. ALLOWABLE MAXIMUM WEIGHT AUTHORIZED FOR FERRY PURPOSES 5225 LBS. ALSO NOTE IN AIRCRAFT LOG. ALSO NOTE FERRY FUEL PLACARD LOCATED IN AIRCRAFT IN FULL VIEW OF THE PILOT. AIRCRAFT IS WITHIN THE FORWARD AND AFT C.G. LIMITS PILOT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR DETERMINING AIRCRAFT C.G. LIMITS ARE NOT EXCEEDED IN OVERWEIGHT CONDITION. |
