UNINSTALLED A PREVIOUSLY INSTALLED LOCKER TANK INSTALLATION (AIR AMERICA STC SA2872SW). INSTALLED O&N AIRCRAFT MODIFICATIONS LOCKER TANK STC SA2504CE. IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CURRENT STC HOLDER THE 18.5GALLON FUEL TANKS INSTALLED BY STC SA2872SW ARE SAME AS SUPPLIED WITH STC SA2504CE AND ARE USED IN THIS INSTALLATION AS IS THE PLUMBING ALONG LEADING EDGE FROM WS 100.50 RIGHT AND LEFT, TO MAIN (TIP) TANKS.THE CIRCUIT BREAKERS OCCUPY THE POSITION FORMERLY USED BY IN THE OPTIONAL CESSNA LOCKER TANK INSTALLATION. THE CONTROL SWITCHES ARE MOUNTED IN THE INSTRUMENT PANEL TO THE LEFT OF THE PILOT CONTROL YOKE IN VIEW OF THE PILOT. THIS SYSTEM, AS INSTALLED, CONFORMS TO STC SA2504CE IN FORM AND FUNCTION. THE AIRPLANE WAS WEIGHED AND A NEW WEIGHT AND BALANCE REPORT MADE. THE STC SA2504CE HAS NO SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS FOR CONTINUED AIRWORTHINESS. THE SYSTEM IS THEN REQUIREDTO BE MAINTAINED AND INSPECTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH FAR PART 43 APPENDIXD, INSTALLATION DRAWINGS SUPPLIED WITH STC SA2504CE, AND CESSNA 310R MAINTENANCE MANUAL ATA CHAPTER 5, ATA CHAPTER 20, AND FOR LIMITED GENERAL SYSTEM LAYOUT REFERENCE ATA CHAPTER 28.
The duration of aircraft registration certificates has been extended up to 7 years. The Registry will be issuing revised certificates in batches based on the former expiration date. For verification purposes, even though the expiration date on the registration certificate may not match the expiration date in the FAA Aircraft Registration database, any registration certificate displaying an expiration date of January 31, 2023 or later is still valid. This applies to all foreign Civil Aviation Authorities or anyone else with a verification need.
