INSTALLED ONE 100.0 US GALLON ALUMINUM TEMPORARY FUEL TANK IN CABIN AREA FOR FERRY PURPOSES ONLY. TEMPORARY TANK WAS INSTALLED BY NORTH- EAST AIR USING THE FOLLOWING DRAWINGS: NAI TD009,NAI TF001, NAI TF002 NAI PS002, NAI V012, NAI M005, & NAI SC001. THE INSTALLATION WAS PERFORMED PER NAI INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS A36 KIT. THE TANK IS PLACED ON A WOODEN PLATFORM AT CENTER SEAT LOCATION. THE TEMPORARY TANK IS SECURED TO THE AIRFRAME WITH 1000 LBS LOAD HUGGER STRAPS. THE TEMPORARY TANK IS PLACARDED FOR MAX. CAPACITY AND MIN. OCTANE AND IS PRESSURE CHECKED TO 3.5 PSI. FUEL FROM TEMPORARY TANK IS SUPPLIED TO THE AIRCRAFT FUEL SYSTEM BETWEEN AIRCRAFT FUEL SELECTOR AND RIGHT WING TANK BY AN ON-OFF VALVE, APPROPRIATE FITTINGS, AND LOW PRESSURE HOSE. TANK IS VENTED OVERBOARD THROUGH A MANUFACTURED VENT ATTACHED TO A TEMPORARY PANEL SECURED IN THE STORM WINDOW OPENING WITH THE LINEFACING FORWARD FOR POSITIVE TANK PRESSURE. THIS TEMPORARY FUEL SYSTEM WAS CHECKED FOR OPERATION AT THIS TIME OF INSTALLATION AND WAS DETERMINED TO BE SATISFACTORY. THIS FUEL SYSTEM HAS BEEN INSTALLED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE STANDARD PRACTICES FOUND IN AC 43.13-1B AND ACCEPTED INDUSTRY PRACTICES. WEIGHT AND BALANCE FOR THIS TEMPORARYFUEL SYSTEM WAS CALCULATED AND SUBMITTED TO THE FLIGHT CREW. OPERATINGINSTRUCTIONS ARE SUBMITTED TO THE FLIGHT CREW AND IS ALSO ATTACHED TO THIS 337. SEE 337 FOR FURTHER INFO. EXPIRY DATE IS 8/11/98.
The duration of aircraft registration certificates has been extended up to 7 years. The Registry will be issuing revised certificates in batches based on the former expiration date. For verification purposes, even though the expiration date on the registration certificate may not match the expiration date in the FAA Aircraft Registration database, any registration certificate displaying an expiration date of January 31, 2023 or later is still valid. This applies to all foreign Civil Aviation Authorities or anyone else with a verification need.
