INSTALLATION OF TWO FUEL TANKS MANUFACTURED BY TURTLE-PAC-PTY. LDT. SPECIFICALLY FOR THIS AIRCRAFT, 100 GALLON AND A 10.5 GALLON COLLAPSIBLE TURTLE-PAC FERRY FUEL BLADDER. ALTERATION ENGINEERING DATAIS APPROVED FOR THIS AIRCRAFT BY RODNEY BAHR (DERT-831129-CE) ENGINEERING ORDER NUMBER AIRA33, REVISION C, DATED 3/11/2014 ALONG WITH FERRY TANK STRUCTURAL ANALYSIS: AM2014-001-SA, INITIAL RELEASE, DATED 3/11/2014 (FAA FORM 8110-3 ATTACHED). AIRCRAFT WEIGHT AND BALANCE HAS BEEN COMPUTED, AND IN THE FULLY LOADED CONFIGURATION FALLSWITHIN THE MANUFACTURERS APPROVED CG LIMITS. A COPY OF THIS 337 SHALL REMAIN ON BOARD THE AIRCRAFT WHILE OPERATING WITH SYSTEM INSTALLED. SYSTEM OPERATIONAL AND LEAK CHECKED SATISFACTORY. THIS SYSTEM IS A TEMPORARY INSTALLATION INTENDED FOR A RELOCATION FLIGHT AND IS TO BE REMOVED BY AUTHORIZED PERSONNEL UPON COMPLETION OF FERRY FLIGHT. THE SEQUENCE OF USE OF THE FERRY TANK SYSTEM SHALL BE AS SHOWN BY A TEMPORARY PLACARD INSTALLED IN THE AIRCRAFT IN VIEW OF THE PILOT AND IN THE FERRY TANK SYSTEM HANDBOOK DOC. NO. AIRA33. |
