THIS MAJOR ALTERATION CONSISTS OF A MODIFICATION TO THE AIRCRAFT FUEL SYSTEM TO INCORPORATE A TEMPORARY EXTENDED RANGE FUEL SYSTEM, CONSIST ING OF A SINGLE 450 GALLON TURTLE-PAC FUEL BLADDER, 1 FUEL SELECTOR VALVES AND ASSOCIATED FERRY FUEL FEE LINES AND FITTINGS. THIS SYSTEM IS USED IN CONNECTION WITH A AN833-8D 90 BULKHEAD FITTINGS INSTALLED IN THE LOWER FUSELAGE SIDE PANELS AT STATION 307. THE INSTALLATION OF THE BULKHEAD FITTINGS MUST BE A PREVIOUSLY APPROVED INSTALLED IN THE LOWER FUSELAGE SIDE PANELS AT STATION 307. THE INSTALLATION OF THE BULKHEAD FITTINGS MUST BE A PREVIOUSLY APPROVED INSTALLATION WITH SEPARATE FROM 337. THE SYSTEM IS REQUIRED TO EXTEND THE RANGE FOR A FLIGHT FROM HONOLULU, HAWAII TO LAS VEGAS, NEVADA. THE INSTALLATION IS TEMPORARY AND SHALL BE REMOVED UPON ARRIVAL AT THEDESTINATION. THIS MAJOR ALTERATION WILL CONSIST OF REMOVING THE AIR- CRAFT PASSENGER SEATS, FURNISHINGS AND EQUIPMENT, AS REQUIRED, FROM THE PASSENGER COMPARTMENT AND INSTALLING A TEMPORARY FERRY FUEL SYSTEMIN THE CABIN. THE TEMPORARY FERRY FUEL SYSTEM WILL BE CONNECTED TO THEAIRCRAFT MAIN FUEL SYSTEM. THE FERRY FUEL TANK SYSTEM CONSISTS OF ONE 450 GALLON BLADDER TANK. TANK 530 GALLON BLADDER RESTRICTED TO 450 GALLONS PALLET MOUNTED AT STATION 255. THE TANK IS A TURTLE-PAC 539 GALLON TANK RESTRICTED TO 450 GALLON DOUBLE WALL FUEL BLADDER WITH INTEGRATED TIE DOWN STRAPS. THE TANK IS PRESSURE AND LEAKED CHECKED S PER PERTINENT FARS. THE TANK IS ELECTRICALLY GROUNDED TO AIRCRAFT STRUCTURE. THE TANK IS COLLAPSIBLE AND DOES NOT REQUIRE VENTING. CABINPRESSURE WILL PUSH THE TANK FLAT AND TRANSFER FUEL. THE TANK IS MOUNTEON 1/2 INCH PLYWOOD PALLET. THE CABIN TANK IS SECURED WITH A 8000
The duration of aircraft registration certificates has been extended up to 7 years. The Registry will be issuing revised certificates in batches based on the former expiration date. For verification purposes, even though the expiration date on the registration certificate may not match the expiration date in the FAA Aircraft Registration database, any registration certificate displaying an expiration date of January 31, 2023 or later is still valid. This applies to all foreign Civil Aviation Authorities or anyone else with a verification need.
