LONG RANGE FUEL TANK(S) INSTALLED PER TELFORD AVIATIONINC DRAWINGS AF-CE-100/200 II, AF-CE-100/200-2, AF-CE-100-2, AF-CE-100/200-3-ID, AF-C-100/200-2-ID, AND THE FOLLOWING FUEL TANK DRAWINGS AF-TYP: 205,205. A NEW WEIGHT AND BALANCE HAS BEEN COMPUTED AND PROVIDED TO PILOT AND AIRCRAFT IS WITHIN THE WEIGHT AND C.G. LIMITS. IF GROSS WEIGHT EXCEEDS 110% OF MAXIMUM CERTIFICATED WEIGHT, A STRUCTURAL EVAL-UATION LETTER FROM APPROPRIATE ACO IS ATTACHED. THIS FUEL SYSTEM HAS BEEN INSTALLED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ABOVE NAMED DRAWINGS, OPERATED PROPERLY, AND DOES NOT LEAK. MAGNETIC COMPASS HAS BEEN CHECKED FOR ACCURACY. THE PILOT HAS BEEN FURNISHED FUEL MANAGMENT INSTRUCTIONS. |
