THIS AIRCRARFT HAS BEEN EQUIPPED WITH A TEMPORARY FERRY FUEL SYSTEM, CONSISTING OF ONE 124 GALLON TANK INSTALLED IAW EA-FSDO-65 ACCEPTED DATA AND TELFORD AVIATION SERVICES INC REPORT TAS-CE-172S. SEE ATTACHED TEMPORARY WEIGHT/BALANCE DATA. THIS TEMPORARY WEIGHT/BALANCEDATA WILL REMAIN IN EFFECT FOR THE DURATION OF THE SPECIAL FLIGHT PERMIT (FAA FORM 8130-7) AND/OR THE TEMPORARY FUEL SYSTEM IS REMOVED. TCDS 3A12 NOTE 3 APPROVES THE 130% TAKE OFF WEIGHT. REQUIREMENT FOR ADDITIONAL OIL HAS BEEN ESTABLISHED IN ACCORDANCE WITH AC23.1011-1. REMOVAL INSTRUCTIONS ARE INCLUDED ALONG WITH FERRY FUEL SYSTEM MGMT INSTRUCTIONS. NOTE: THIS IS A TEMPORARY INSTALLATION. UPON ARRIVAL AT DESTINATION, THE TEMPORARY FERRY FUEL SYSTEM MUST BE REMOVED; THE AIRCRAFT INSPECTED FOR DAMAGE AND PROPER OPERATIONS; AND THE COMPASS CHECKED FOR ACCURACY BEFORE RETURNING THIS AIRCRAFT TO SERVICE. THE CURRENT WEIGHT AND BALANCE DATA IN THE FAA APPROVED AIRPLANE MANUAL OR THE PILOTS OPERATING HANDBOOK WILL AGAIN APPLY.
