THIS AIRCRAFT HAS BEEN EQUIPPED WITH ONE 150 GALLON FUEL TANKS. THIS TEMPORARY FUEL SYSTEM HAS BEEN INSTALLED IN ACCORDANCE WITH EA-FSDO -65 ACCEPTED DATA AND TELFORD AVIATION SERVICES, INC REPORT TAS-CE- 206H, TAS07-C206H-FF-150 AND SUPPLEMENT TAS-CE-206H-A. SEE ATTACHED TEMPORARY WEIGHT AND BALANCE DATA. THIS TEMPORARY WEIGHT AND BALANCE WILL REMAIN IN EFFECT FOR THE DURATION OF THE SPECIAL FLIGHT PERMIT (FAA FORM 8130-7) AND/OR THE TEMPORARY FUEL SYSTEM IS REMOVED. REQUIREMENTS FOR ADDITIONAL OIL HAVE BEEN ESTABLISHED IN ACCORDANCE WITH AC23.1011-1. REMOVAL INSTRUCTIONS ARE INCLUDED ALONG WITH FERRY FUEL SYSTEM MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTIONS. NOTE 5 OF TCDS # A4CE ALLOW FOR OPERATION AT 130% OF MAX. GROSS WEIGHT. THIS IS A TEMPORARY INSTALLATION. UPON ARRIVAL AT ITS DESTINATION, THE TEMPORARY FERRY FUEL SYSTEM MUST BE REMOVED, THE AIRCRAFT INSPECTED FOR DAMAGE AND PROPER OPERATION AND THE COMPASS CHECKED FOR ACCURACY BEFORE RETURNING THIS AIRCRAFT TO SERVICE. THE CURRENT WEIGHTAND BALANCE DATA IN THE FAA APPROVED AIRPLANE FLIGHT MANUAL OR PILOTS OPERATING HANDBOOK WILL APPLY AGAIN.
