NSTALLED 500 GALLON FERRY FUEL SYSTEM IN THIS ACFT IN TEH FOLLOWING MANNER: 1. SYSTEM INSTALLED PER INSTRUCTIONS LISTED IN ENGINEERING ORDER ATW-EO-P1467 DATED DEC, 07, 2005 REV -IR. A). REFER TO SCHEMATIC DRAWING 001 FOR PLUMBING INSTALLATION, PAGES 2 THROUGH 13 OF THIS DOCUMENT. B0. REFER TO SCHEMATIC DRAWING 003 FOR ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION, PAGE 14 OF THIS DOCUMENT. C). REFER TO DRAWING 005 FOR FERRY FUEL TANKS INSTALLATION, RIGGING AND LOCATION, PAGES 15 THROUGH 21 OF THIS DOCUMENT. D). PERFORMED FUNCTIONAL TEST PROCEDURE AS DEFINED STEPS 1 THROUGH 40 ON PAGE 22 AND 23 OF THIS DOCUMENT, AND SYSTEM OPERATION TEST NORMAL. NOTE: SYSTE / STRUCTURAL DESIGN AND ELECTRICAL ASPECTS OF THIS ENGINEERING ORDER HAVE HAD PREVIOUS DERT APPROVAL. SEE ATTACHED DOCUMENTS. 2. COPY OF OPERATING PROCEEDURES PAGE 25 OF ENGINEERING ORDER ATW-EO-P1467 DATED DEC, 07, 2005 REV -IR PLACED IN SUPLEMENTAL DATA SECTION OF THE AIRPLANE FLIGHT MANUAL FOR THIS ACFT. 3. WEIGHT AND BALANCE RECORDS AMENDED TO REFLECT THIS INSTALLATION. 4. A LOGBOOK ENTRY WAS MADE TO REFLECT THIS INSTALLATION. 5. UPON ARRIVAL AT INTENDED DESTINATION THE REMOVAL OF THE AUXILIARY FERRY FUEL SYSTEM AND TEMPORARY EQUIPEMTN SHALL BE PERFORED AND THE ACFT RETURNED TO NORMAL CONFIGURATION WITH A LOG ENTRY MADE BY A PROPERLY CERTIFICATED PERSON PRIOR TO OPERATION THIS ACFT 3. NOTE: USE OF THIS AUXILLIARY FERRY FUEL SYSTEM WILL REQUIRE A SPECIAL FLIGHT PERMIT THAT ALLOWS FOR AN OVERWEIGHT CONDITION OF THIS ACFT. |
