TEMPORARY FERRY FUEL SYSTEM INSTALLED IN THE PASSENGER CABIN. THE FERRY FUEL SYSTEM CONSISTS OF ONE BLADDER FERRY FUEL TANK. THE FERRY FUEL TANK IS 525 GALLON CAPACITY AT STATION 210. THE FERRY TANK IS MOUNTED ON A PLY PANEL AND SECURED BY FOUR ADJUSTABLE CARGO STRAPS MOUNTED TO 8 CARGO RINGS INSTALLED TO EXISTING BROWNLINE SEAT CARGO TIE DOWN RAILS. THE TANKS ARE SECURED FORWARD, LATERAL, VERTICAL AND AFT. THE FERRY FUEL TANKS ARE EQUIPPED WITH 1/2 INCH FUEL FEED FITTINGAND FUEL HOSES THROUGHOUT THE FERRY SYSTEM. THE FUEL HOSES ARE ROUTED FROM THE FUEL TANK TO A ON/OFF FERRY FUEL SELECTOR VALVE. THE FERRY TANK FUEL RUNS FROM THE FERRY FUEL SELECTOR VALVE TO BULKHEAD FITTING INSTALLED IN THE LOWER FUSELAGE SKIN ON THE LEFT SIDE OF THE AIRCRAFT.FERRY FUEL IS ROUTED THROUGH THE PRESSURE BULKHEAD TO THE LEFT FITTINGIN THE INBOARD TANK DRAIN PANEL. INSTALLATION IS IN ACCORDANCE WITH TDL AERO ENTERPRISES DRAWING AND INSTALLATION DETAIL FOR KING AIR SERIES AIRCRAFT. INSTALLATION OF THE FERRY FUEL SYSTEM REQUIRES OPERATION OF THE AIRCRAFT IN ACCORDANCE WITH A SPECIAL FLIGHT PERMIT AND OPERATIONS LIMITATIONS. THIS FORM AND THE SPECIAL FLIGHT PERMIT MUST BE CARRIED ON BOARD THE AIRCRAFT AT ALL TIMES WHILE OPERATING WITH THE FERRY FUEL SYSTEM INSTALLED. TEMPORARY WEIGHT AND BALANCE COMPLETED. TEMPORARY FERRY FUEL SYSTEM SHALL BE REMOVED UPON ARRIVAL AT THE DESTINATION AND THE AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO NORMAL CONFIGURATION, PRIOR TO RETURNING THE AIRCRAFT TO SERVICE.
