A NEW WEIGHT AND BALANCE HAS BEEN COMPUTED AND PROVIDED TO THE PILOT, AND THE AIRCRAFT IS WITHIN THE WEIGHT AND C.G. LIMITS. IF THE GROSS WEIGHT EXCEEDS 110% OF THE MAXIMUM CERTIFICATED WEIGHT, A STRUCTURAL EVALUATION LETTER FROM THE APPROPRIATE ACO IS ATTACHED. THIS FUEL SYSTEM HAS BEEN INSTALLED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ABOVE NAMED DRAWINGS, OPERATED PROPERLY AND DOES NOT LEAK. THE MAG- NETIC COMPASS HAS BEEN CHECKED FOR ACCURACY.
