A NEW WEIGHT AND BALANCE HAS BEEN COMPUTED AND PROVIDED TO THE PILOT, AND THE AIRCRAFT IS WITHIN THE WEIGHT AND C.G. LIMITS. IF THE GROSS WEIGHT EXCEEDS 110% OF THE MAXIMUM CERTIFIED WEIGHT, A STRUCTURAL EVALUATION LETTER FROM THE APPROPRIATE ACO IS ATTACHED. THIS FUEL SYSTEM HAS BEEN INSTALLED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ABOVE NAMED DRAWINGS, OPERATES PROPERLY AND DOES NOT LEAK. THE MAGNETIC COMPASS HAS BEEN CHECKED FORACCURACY.
