LONG-RANGE FUEL TANK/S INSTALLED PER AERO- FUSION DRAWINGS AF-A-28-32-ID, AF-PA-28-32L, AF-PA-28-32-FM/LYC AND APPROPRIATE FUEL TANK DRAWING/S AF-TYP:-100/PIPER. A NEW WEIGHT AND BALANCE HAS BEEN COMPUTED AND PROVIDED TO THE PILOT, AND THE AIRCRAFT IS WITHIN THE WEIGHT AND C.G. LIMITS. IF THE GROSS WEIGHT EXCEEDS 110% OF THE MAXIMUM CERTIFIED WEIGHT, A STRUCTURAL EVALUATION LETTER FROM THE APPROPRIATE ACO IS ATTACHED. THIS FUEL SYSTEM HAS BEEN INSTALLED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ABOVE NAMED DRAWINGS, OPERATES PROP- ERLY AND DOES NOT LEAK. THE MAGNETIC COMPASS HAS BEEN CHECKED FOR ACCURACY. THE PILOT AHS BEEN FURNISHED FUEL MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTIONS. PRIOR TO APPROVING THIS AIRCRAFT FOR A RETURN TO SERVICE IN THE STANDARD CATEGORY, THE FUEL SYSTEM MUST E RETURNED TO ITS ORIGINAL CONFIGURATION, THE MAGNETIC COMPASS CHECKED FOR ACCURACY AND THE AIRCRAFT INSPECTED FOR DAMAGE WHILE IN THE OVERWEIGHT CONDITION. THE TANK IS PLACARDED FOR QUANTITY AND OCTANE. THIS FUEL SYSTEM HAS BEEN INSTALLED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE STANDARD PRACTICES FOUND IN AC43.13-1A. THE TANK HAS BEEN PRESSURE-CHECKED TO 3.5 P.S.I.
