1) INTRODUCTION: INSTALL A 100 GALLON BLADDER TANK IN THE AFT CARGO COMPARTMENT TO EXTEND THE RANGE OF THE HONDA JET IN ORDER TO COMPLY WITH ICAO ANNEX 6 CHAPTER 4, 2 HOUR RESERVE REQUIREMENTS. A TEMPORARY BALDDER TYPE FUEL TANK HAS BEEN INSTALLED IN THE AFT BAGGAGE COMPART MENT AREA. THE TANK CONNECTS TO THE AIRCRAFT FUEL SYSTEM THROUGH THE FUEL FILLER LINE. NEW AFT BAGGAGE FLOORBOARDS HAVE BEEN MODIFIED TO ALLOW THE FERRY TANK TRANSFER LINE TO CONNECT TO A MODIFIED AIRCRAFT REFUEL LINE BETWEEN THE AIRCRAFT FUEL FILLER PORT AND THE FUSELAGE TANK ENTRANCE. THE FERRY TANK IS SECURED USING TIE DOWN STRAPS CONNECTING TO BOTH EXISTING AND NEW HARD TIE DOWN POINTS CONNECTED TO CONE STRUCTURE. A MANUAL BALL VALVE IS INCORPORATED INTO THE FERRY TANK TRANSFER LINE TO ALLOW THE PILOT THE OPTION TO STILL FLY THE AIRCRAFT WITHOUT USING THE FERRY FUEL TANK. REFERENCE AIRCRAFT MAINTENANCE MANUAL AND 8110-3 DATED 9/6/2019 HA-005-00005 REV - AND ALL DRAWINGS LISTED ON SECTION 6 OF REPORT. 2) DESCRIPTION OF WORK PERFORMED IAW 8110-3 DATED 9/6/2019, HA-005-00005 REV, REMOVED THE AFT BAG COMPART MENT LINERS REFERENCE AMM 25-52-10 AND FLOOR BOARDS REFERENCE AMM 53-23-11 AND HOLD FOR RE-INSTALLATION AFTER FERRY FLIGHT IN COMPLETE. DE-FUEL THE AIRCRAFT REFERENCE AMM 12-11-10. MODIFIED NEW FLOOR BOARDSREFERENCE HACI DWG HJ1-35321-042 AND INSTALLED PER HACI DWG HJ1-32800-100 REV B1. REMOVED REFILL TUBE PART NUMBER HJ1-12811-342-010 AND INSTALL MODIFIED TUBE FABRICATED BY DRAWING HACI DWG HJ1-32811-342 ANDINSTALLED BY DRAWING HJ1-32800-100 REV B1.
