THE FOLLOWING EQUIPMENT HAS BEEN REMOVED TO ACCOMODATE THE FERRY FUEL SYSTEM SEATS 3-4, 5 & 6, INSTALLED A 300 US GAL. BLADDER TANK AFT OF THE PILOTS/CO-PILOT SEATS, A 45 GAL BLADDER TANK WAS INSTALLED IN THE FWD BAGGAGE COMPARTMENT. FERRY FUEL PASSES THROUGH A PUMP AND VALVE SYSTEM AND IS ROUTED THROUGH BOTH WING ROUTES TO BOTH MAIN TANKS INTO SPECIAL FITTINGS INTO THE SUMP DRAINS. PILOT CAN SELECT EITHER WING TANK TO KEEP A BALANCED CONDITION. SEE ATTACHED DRAWING FOR DETAILS. A TEMPORARY HF RADIO HAS BEEN INSTALLED, KENWOOD MODEL TS480 SAT AND A SMART TUNER MODEL SG-237. A LONG WIRE ANTENNA ALSO INSTALLED. SYSTEMS WERE FUNCTIONALLY TESTED AND FOUND OK. NO PERSON MAY OPERATE THIS AIRCRAFT AS ALTERED, UNLESS IT HAS WITHIN IT AN APPROPRIATE AND CURRENT SPECIAL FLIGHT PERMIT ISSUED UNDER FAR 21. THE OPERATION OF THE FERRY FUEL SYSTEM MUST BE OPERATED DURING LEVEL FLIGHT ONLY.
