AUGUSTA SIAI TEMPORARY AUXILIARY FUEL SYSTEM KIT #260-16-92-503 INSTALLED IN REAR CABIN. SYSTEM CONSISTS OF A 32 U.S. GALLON TANK MOUNTED INTO THE REAR SEAT STRUCTURE. TANK IS RESTRAINED USING EXISTING SEAT BELT AND SHOULDER HARNESS POINTS AND IS PLUMBED INTO THEAIRCRAFT FUEL SYSTEM USING MILL-H-6000 HOSE AND 2052-0-6 TUBING INCORPORATING A PILOT OPERATED SHUT-OFF VALVE. INSTALLATION CONFORMS TO STANDARDS OF FAA 43.13-1B & 2B. TANK IS PLACARDED REFLECTING 32 U.S. GALLONS OF 91/96 MINIMUM OCTANE FUEL. TO OPERATE THE SYSTEM THE FOLLOWING LIMITATIONS APPLY: ALL TAKE-OFFS AND LANDINGS ARE TO BE MADE ON MAIN WING TANKS. AUXILIARY FUEL SYSTEM TO BE USED IN LEVEL CRUISE FLIGHT ONLY. SMOKING IS PROHIBITED WITH AUXILIARY FUEL SYSTEM INSTALLED. IN THE EVENT OF AUX FUEL SYSTEM LEAKAGE, TURN OFF ALL UNNECESSARY ELECTRICAL CIRCUITS. INSTRUCTIONS TO BEGIN AND TERMINATE AUXILIARY FUEL SYSTEM OPERATION IS INCLUDED ON 337. MAINTENANCE FOR CONTINUED AIRWORTHINESS OF THIS INSTALLATION WILL INCLUDE MONITORING THE TANK FOR SECURITY, LEAKAGE AND PROPER OPERATION IN ACCORDANCE WITHTHE SCOPE AND DETAIL OF FAR PART 43, APPENDIX D. THIS FORM 337 MUST REMAIN IN THE AIRCRAFT AS A SUPPLEMENT OF THE AIRCRAFT FLIGHT MANUAL DURING ALL FLIGHT OPERATIONS.
