INSTALLED O & N MODIFICATIONS FAA-PMA FUEL TANK PN 172201-1 SN 404 IN THE SAME MANNER AS REQUIRED PER STC SA615NEINTALLATION OF AN 18 GALLON FUEL TANKE IN THE AFT BAGGAGE COMPARTMENT AND FUEL TRANSFER SYSTEM IN ACCORDANCE WITH O & N INSTALLATION DRAWINGLIST 172100, REPORT NO. N-1012 DATED REVISION A, DATED JUNE 1, 1989, OR LATER FAA APPROVED REVISIONS. DEVIATED FROM O & N INSTALLATION DRAWING BY INSTALLING THE AUXILIARY TANK FUEL GAUGE, TRANSFER PUMP CONTROLSWITCH, AND INDICATOR LIGHT IN EXISTING, VACANT INSTURMENT PANEL MOUNTING HOLES LOCATED ABOVE THE GLOVE BOX ON THE LOWER RIGHT HAND SIDE OF THE INSTRUMENT PANEL. MOUNTING WAS ACCOMPLISHED IN ACCORDANCE WITH AC 43-13-2B, CHAPTER 11, PARA 1104 A, D, & E, PARA 1106 D, & G. THE REQUIRED PLACARDS WERE INSTALLED IN CLOSE PROXIMITY OF THE CONTROLSWITCH. WEIGHT AND BALANCE, EQUIPMENT LIST HAVE BEEN AMENDED. PLACARDSHAVE BEEN INSTALLED. ATTACHED IS AN FAA APPROVED SUPPLEMENTAL AIRPLANEFLIGHT MANUAL FOR THIS FUEL TANK INSTALLATION. A COPY OF THIS FAA 337 FOR THIS AUXILIARY FUEL TANK MODIFICATION MUST BE CARRIED IN THE AIRCRAFT AT ALL TIMES.
