LONG RANGE FUEL TANK(S) INSTALLED PER TELFORD AVIATIONINC DRAWINGS AF-CA-212-II, AF-CA-212-OI, AF-CA-212-ID, AND THE FOLLOW-ING FUEL TANK DRAWINGS AF-TYP: 205, 205, 205. A NEW WEIGHT AND BALANCEHAS BEEN COMPUTED AND PROVIDED TO THE PILOT AND THE AIRCRAFT IS WITHINTHE WEIGHT AND C.G. LIMITS. IF THE GROSS WEIGHT EXCEEDS 110% OF THE MAXIMUM CERTIFICATED WEIGHT, A STRUCTURAL EVALUATION LETTER FROM THE APPROPRIATE ACO IS ATTACHED. THIS FUEL SYSTEM HAS BEEN INSTALLED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ABOVE NAMED DRAWINGS, OPERATED PROPERLY, AND DOES NOT LEAK. THE MAGNETIC COMPASS HAS BEEN CHECKED FOR ACCURACY. THE PILOT HAS BEEN FURNISHED FUEL MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTIONS.
