A NEW WEIGHT AND BALANCE HAS BEEN COM- PUTED AND PROVIDED TO THE PILOT, AND THE AIRCRAFT IS WITHIN THE WEIGHTAND C.G. LIMITS. IF THE GROSS WEIGHT EXCEEDS 110% OF THE MAXIMUM CER-TIFICATED WEIGHT, A STRUCTURAL EVALUATION LETTER FROM THE APPROPRIATE ACO IS ATTACHED. THIS FUEL SYSTEM HAS BEEN INSTALLED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ABOVE NAMED DRAWINGS, OPERATED PROPERLY AND DOES NOT LEAK. THE MAGNETIC COMPASS HAS BEEN CHECKED FOR ACCURACY.
