THE FUEL SYSTEM OPERATES NORMALLY AND DOES NOT LEAK. THE PILOT HAS BEEN FURNISHED WITH AN AIRPLANE AUXILARY FUEL SYSTEM INSTRUCTIONS BOOKLET FOR PROPER OPERATIONS OF THE AUXILLARY FUEL SYSTEM FOR CESSNA 182Q. UPON ARRIVAL AT THE DESTINATIONLISTED ON THE 8130-7 FERRY PERMIT, THIS FIELD APROVED 337 EXPIRES AND IS VOID. THE AIRCRAFT MUST BE RETURNED TO SERVICE AND THE AUXILIARY FUEL SYSTEM REMOVED IN ACCORDANCE TO THE ATTACHED WOE-281RI REMOVAL INSTRUCTIONS. WHEN THE AIRCRAFT HAS BEEN RETURNED TO ITS ORIGINAL CONFIGURATION, THE AIRCRAFT HAS BEEN INSPECTED FOR DAMAGE WHILE THE OVERWEIGHT CONDITION PER CESSNA 182 SERVICE MANUAL, A CERTIFIED MECHANIC MUST MAKE A SIGNED ENTRY IN THE AIRCRAFT RECORDS ATTESTIN TO THE RETURN TO SERVICE ACCORDING TO WOE-182RI
