INSTALLED TEMPORARY LONG RANGE FUEL TANK/TANKS PER WINGS OF EAGLES DRAWINGS NO WOE 58 DATED 1/31/2004, BE 36FS DATED 5/5/05 AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH FAA FORM 8110-3 PROVIDED BY DERT-510375-CE, AC.43.1B AND ACCEPTED INDUSTRY PRACTICES PERTAINING TO HARDWARE AND FITTINGS. ALL TANKS HAVE BEEN PRESSURE CHECKED TO 3.5 PSI AND FOUND TO BE SATISFACTORY FOR THE INTENDED INSTALLATION. STRUCTUAL SUBSTANTIATION WAS PROVIDED IN REPORT WOE-04-06 DATED 12/13/2004 AND APPROVED BY 8110-3 DATED 12/13/2004. THE FUEL SYSTEM HAS BEEN OPERTIONALLY CHECKEDAND THE ENGINE RUNS ON ALL FUEL TANKS. THE FUEL SYSTEM OPERATES NORMALLY AND DOES NOT LEAK. THE PILOT HAS BEEN FURNISHED WITH AN "AIRPLANE AUXILLIARY FUEL SYSTEM INSTRUCTIONS" TRADEWIND TURBINE VERSION BOOKLET FOR PROPER OPERATIONS OF THE AUXILLIARY FUEL SYSTEM FOR A RAYTHEON BEECH B-36. UPON ARRIVAL AT THE DESTINATION LISTED ON THE 8130-7 FERRY PERMIT, THIS FIELD APPROVED 337 EXPIRES AND IS VOID. THE AIRCRAFT MUST BE RETURNED TO SERVICE AND THE AUXILLIARY FUEL SYSTEM REMOVED IN ACCORDANCE TO THE ATTACHED WOE36RI REMOVAL INSTUCTIONS. WHEN THE AIRCRAFT HAS BEEN RETURNED TO ITS ORIGINAL CONFIGURATION, THE AIRCRAFT HAS BEEN INSPECTED FOR DAMAGE WHILE IN THEOVERWEIGHT CONDITION PER RAYTHEON BEECH B-36 SERVICE MANUAL, A CERTIFIED MECHANIC MUST MAKE A SIGNED ENTRY IN THE AIRCRAFT RECORDS ATTESTING TO THE RETURN TO SERVICE ACCORDING TO WOE36RI.
