| THIS AIRCRAFT HAS BEEN EQUIPPED WITH A TEMPORARY FERRY FUEL SYSTEM, CONSISTING OF ONE 150 GALLON TANK INSTALLED IAW NE-FSDO-05 APPROVED DATA AND TELFORD AVIATION SERVICES INC REPORT TAS-BE-A36 AND ENGINEE- RING REPORT TAS03-018. SEE ATTACHED TEMPORARY WEIGHT AND BALANCE DATA. THIS TEMPORARY WEIGHT AND BALANCE DATA WILL REMAIN IN EFFECT FOR THE DURATION OF THE SPECIAL FLIGHT PERMIT (FAA FORM 8130-7) AND/ORTHE TEMPORARY FUEL SYSTEM IS REMOVED. REQUIREMENTS FOR ADDITIONAL OILHAS BEEN ESTABLISHED IAW AC23.1011-1. REMOVAL INSTRUCTIONS ARE INCLUDED ALONG WITH FERRY FUEL SYSTEM MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTIONS. NOTE: THIS IS A TEMPORARY INSTALLATION. UPON ARRIVAL AT DESTINATION,THE TEMPORARY FERRY FUEL SYSTEM MUST BE REMOVED; THE AIRCRAFT INSPECTED FOR DAMAGE AND PROPER OPERATIONS; AND THE COMPASS CHECKED FOR ACCURACYBEFORE RETURNING THIS AIRCRAFT TO SERVICE.
