DATA FOR ELECTRICAL DETAILS, FUEL SYSTEMS AND STRUCTURAL ASPECTS FOR MAJOR ALTERATION TO THIS AIRCRAFT APPROVED BY JAMES ROGER GRACE (DERT-500725-CE). SEE ATTACHED FAA FORM 8110-3 DATED 10/29/10. A WEIGHT AND BALANCE REV. WAS CALCULATED BASED UPON THE CURRENT W&B REPORT PROVIDED BY QUEST AVIONICS, INC. DATED 5/2/2012. AIRCRAFT WEIGHT AND BALANCE HAS BEEN COMPUTED. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PILOT IN COMMAND TO ENSURE THAT THE AIRCRAFT IN A LOADED FULLY LOADED CONFIGURATION FALLS WITHIN THE MANUFACTURERS APPROVED CG LIMITS AND THE WEIGHT RESTRICTIONS OF THE AIRCRAFT. A COPY OF THIS 337 SHALL REMAIN ON BOARD THE AIRCRAFT WHILE OPERATING WITH SYSTEM INSTALLED. SYSTEM OPERATIONAL AND LEAK CHECKED SATISFACTORY. THIS SYSTEM IS A TEMPORARY INSTALLATION FOR A RELOCATION FLIGHT AND IS TO BE REMOVED BY AUTHORIZED PERSONNEL UPON COMPLETION OF FERRY FLIGHT.
