INSTALLED ONE 100.0 US GALLON ALUMINUM FUEL TANK IN THE CABIN AREA FORFERRY PURPOSES ONLY. THE TEMPORARY TANKS WERE INSTALLED BY NORTHEAST AIR USING THE FOLLOWING DRAWINGS: NAI TD006, NAI TF001, NAI TF002, NAI PS002, NAI V012, NAI M030, NAI SC002, AND THE INSTALLATION WAS PER- FORMED PER NAI INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS PA24-260-KIT. THE TEMPORARY TANK IS PLACED ON A WOODEN PLATFORM IN THE REAR PASSENGER SEAT LOCA- TION. THE TEMPORARY TANK IS SECURED TO THE AIRFRAME WITH 1000 LBS LOADHUGGER STRAPS. THE TEMPORARY TANK IS PLACARDED FOR MAX. CAPACITY AND MIN. OCTANE. THE TEMPORARY TANK IS PRESSURE CHECKED TO 3.5 PSI. FUEL FROM THE TEMPORARY TANK IS TEED INTO THE FULE SUPPLY SYSTEM BETWEEN THE AIRCRAFT FUEL SELECTOR AND THE AIRCRAFT ELECTRIC FUEL PUMP BY AN ON-OFF VALVE, APPROPRIATE FITTINGS, AND LOW PRESSURE HOSE. THE TEMP- ORARY TANK IS VENTED OVERBOARD THROUGH A MANUFACTURED VENT ATTACHED TOA TEMPORARY PANEL SECURED IN THE STORM WINDOW OPENING WITH THE LINE FORWARD FOR POSITIVE TANK PRESSURE. THE TEMPORARY FUEL SYSTEM WAS CHECKED FOR OPERATION AT THIS TIME OF INSTALLATION AND WAS DETERMINED TO BE SATISFACTORY. THIS FUEL SYSTEM HAS BEEN INSTALLED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE STANDARD PRACTICES FOUND IN AC 43.13-1A. WEIGHT AND BALANCE FOR THIS TEMPORARY FUEL SYSTEM WAS CALCULATED AND SUBMITTED TO THE FLIGHT CREW. OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS ARE SUBMITTED TO THE FLIGHT CREW AND IS ALSO ATTACHED TO THIS 337. SEE 337 FOR FURTHER INFO.
