TANKS ARE SECURED TO SEAT TRACTS WITH APPROVED TIE DOWN. FERRY SYSTEM IS PLUMBED INTO EXISTING AIRCRAFT SYSTEM AS SHOWN IN ATTACHMENT #L. FUEL MANAGEMENT IS OUTLINED IN ATTACHMENT #1. TEMPORARY WEIGHT AND BALANCE AS PER ATTACHMENT #2.
