A NEW WEIGHT AND BALANCE HAS BEEN COMPUTED AND PROVIDED TOT HE PILOT AND THE AIRCRAFT IS WITHIN THE WEIGHT AND C.G. LIMITS. IFTHE GROSS WEIGHT EXCEEDS 110% OF THE MAXIMUM CERTIFICATED WEIGHT, A STRUCTURAL EVALUATION LETTER FROM THE APPROPRIATE ACO IS ATTACHED. THIS FUEL SYSTEM HAS BEEN INSTALLED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ABOVE NAMEDDRAWINGS, OPERATED PROPERLY, AND DOES NOT LEAK. THE MAGNETIC COMPASS HAS BEEN CHECKED FOR ACCURACY.
