LONG RANGE FUEL TANK(S) INSTALLED PRE TELFORD AVIATION INC DRAWINGS AF-PA-28-32-ID, AF-PA-32-L, AF-PA- 28-32-FM/LYC AND APPROPRIATE FUEL TANK DRAWING AF-TYP: A NEW WEIGHT AND BALANCE HAS BEEN COMPUTED AND PROVIDED TO THE PILOT AND THE AIRCRAFT IS WITHIN THE WEIGHT AND C.G. LIMITS. IF THE GROSS WEIGHT EXCEEDS 110% OF THE MAXIMUM CERTIFICATED WEIGHT, A STRUCTURAL EVALUA- TION LETER FROM THE APPROPRIATE ACO IS ATTACHED. THIS FUEL SYSTEM HASBEEN INSTALLED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ABOVE NAMED DRAWINGS, OPERATES PROPERLY, AND DOES NOT LEAK. THE MAGNETIC COMPASS HAS BEEN CHECKED FOR ACCURACY. THE PILOT HAS BEEN FURNISHED FUEL MANAGEMENT INSTRUC- TIONS.
