LONG RANGE FUEL TANK(S) INSTALLED PER TELFORD AVIATION INC DRAWINGS AF-PA-28-32-C, AF-PA-28032-II/CONT, AND APPROPRIATE FUEL TANK DRAWING(S) AF-TYP:100. A NEW WEIGHT AND BALANCE HAS BEEN COMPUTED AND PROVIDED TO THE PILOT AND THE AIRCRAFT IS WITHIN THE WEIGHT AND C.G. LIMITS. IF THE GROSS WEIGHT EXCEEDS 110% OF THE MAXIMUM CERTIFICATED WEIGHT, A STRUCTURAL EVALUATION LETTER FROM THE APPROPRIATE ACO IS ATTACHED. THS FUEL SYSTEM HAS BEENINSTALLED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ABOVE NAMED DRAWINGS, OPERATED PROPERLY, AND DOES NOT LEAK. THE MAGNETIC COMPASS HAS BEEN CHECKED FOR ACCURACY. THE PILOT HAS BEEN FURNISHED FUEL MANAGEMENT INSTRUC- TIONS. PRIOR TO APPROVING THIS AIRCRAFT FOR A RETURN TO SERVICE IN THE STANDARD CATEGORY, THE FUEL SYSTEM MUST BE RETURNED TO IT'S ORIGINAL CONFIGURATION.
