TANK FEED IS TO AN INDIVIDUAL FUEL SELECTOR VALVE TO TWO INDEPEN DENT ELECTRIC FUEL PUMPS THAT TRANSFER FUEL TO LEFT MAIN WING TANK. TRANSFER IS COMPLETED BY REFILLING LEFT MAIN TANK AS REQUIRED. THIS INSTALLATION REQUIRES A SPECIAL FLIGHT PERMIT. THE SPECIAL FLIGHT PERMIT AND THIS FORM MUST BE CARRIED ABOARD THE AIRCRAFT AT ALL TIMES WHILE OPERATING WITH THE FERRY FUEL SYSTEM INSTALLED. THE FERRY FUEL SYSTEM INSTALLATION MUST BE REMOVED UPON ARRIVAL AT THE APPROVED DESTINATION AND THE AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO NORMAL CONFIGURATION. TEMPORARY WEIGHT AND BALANCE DATA COMPLETED.
