INSTALLED TEMPORARY AUXILIARY LONG RANGE FUEL TANKS IN ACCORDANCE WITHWINGS OF EAGLES DRAWING NO. WOE 30-1 DATED 6/16/2004, IN ACCORDANCE WITH FAA FORM 8110-3 PROVIDED BY DERT 510375-CE, AC.43.13-1B AND ACCEPTED INDUSTRY PRACTICES PERTAINING TO HARDWARE AND FITTINGS. ALL TANKS HAVE BEEN PRESSURE CHECKED TO 3.5 PSI AND FOUND TO BE SATISFAC TORY FOR THE INTENDED INSTALLATION. STRUCTURAL SUBSTANTIATION WAS PROVIDED IN REPORT WOE04-04 DATED 6/16/2004 AND APPROVED BY 8110-3 DATED 6/16/2004 BY DERT-510375-CE. THE NEW WEIGHT AND BALANCE WAS COMPUTED AND PROVIDED TO THE PILOT. THE AIRCRAFT IS WITHIN THE WEIGHT AND C.G. LIMITS IN ACCORDANCE WITH FSDO 110% OVERWEIGHT ALLOWANCE. THEFUEL SYSTEM HAS BEEN OPERATIONALLY CHECKED AND THE ENGINE RUNS ON ALL TANKS. THE FUEL SYSTEM OPERATES PROPERLY AND DOES NOT LEAK. THE PILOT HAS BEEN PROVIDED WITH AN AIRPLANE AUXILIARY FUEL SYSTEM INSTRUCTIONS BOOKLET FOR PROPER OPERATION OF THE AUXILIARY FUEL SYSTEM. UPON ARRIVAL AT THE DESTINATION LISTED ON THE FAA FORM 8130-7 FERRY PERMIT,THIS FIELD APPROVED 337 EXPIRES AND IS VOID. THE AIRCRAFT MUST BE RETURNED TO SERVICE AND THE AUXILIARY FUEL SYSTEM REMOVED IN ACCORDANCE TO THE ATTACHED WOE 30RI REMOVAL INSTRUCTIONS. WHEN THE AIRCRAFT HAS BEEN RETURNED TO ITS ORIGINAL CONFIGURATION, THE AIRCRAFTHAS BEEN INSPECTED FOR DAMAGE WHILE IN THE OVERWEIGHT CONDITION PER THE PIPER PA-30 SERVICE MANUAL, A CERTIFIED MECHANIC MUST MAKE A SIGNED ENTRY IN THE AIRCRAFT RECORDS ATTESTING TO THE RETURN TO SERVICE ACCORDING TO WOE 30RI.
