INSTALLED TWO 18.5 GALLON O&N AIRCRAFT WING LOCKER FUEL TANKS AND TRANSFER SYSTEM. ONE TANK WAS INSTALLED IN THE AFT OF EACH WING LOCKER. INSTALLATION WAS MADE IAW STC #SA2514SE, O&N INSTALLATION DRAWING LIST #ON-43000, REVISION B., DATED JANUARY 24, 1989, AND O&N AIRCRAFT INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS. THE TRANSFER SYSTEM WAS CHECKED FOR PROPER OPERATION AND LEAKS AND THE AIRCRAFT IS APPROVED FOR RETURNFOR SERVICE WITH RESPECT TO THIS INSTALLATION. COPIES OF THIS FORM WERE GIVEN TO THE AIRCRAFT'S OWNER AND ALSO PUT INTO THE AIRCRAFT FLIGHT MANUAL AND THE AIRCRAFT'S MAINTEIANCE RECORDS. THE AIRCRAFT WAS WEIGHED AFTER THIS INSTALLATION WAS COMPLETED AND NEW AIRCRAFT WEIGHT AND BALANCE DATA PROVIDED TO THE OWNER AND ALSO PUT INTO THE AIRCRAFT FLIGHT MANUAL.
