LONG RANGE FUEL TANK(S) INSTALLED PER TELFORD AVIATION, INC. DRAWINGS AF-CE-207-0I, AF-CE-207-FS, AF-CE-207-ID-1, AF-CE-207-ID-2, AF-CE-207-II, AND AF-TYP(S) 150.60 A NEW WEIGHT AND BALANCE HAS BEEN COMPUTED AND PROVIDED TO THE PILOT AND THE AIRCRAFT IS WITHIN THE WEIGHT AND C.G. LIMITS. IF THE GROSS WEIGHT EXCEEDS 110% OF THE MAXIMUM CERTIFICATED WEIGHT, A STRUCTURAL EVALUATION LETTER FROM THE APPROPRIATE ACO IS ATTACHED. THIS FUEL SYSTEM HAS BEEN INSTALLED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ABOVE NAMED DRAWINGS,OPERATES PROPERLY, AND DOES NOT LEAK. THE MAGNETIC COMPASS HAS BEEN CHECKED FOR ACCURACY. THE PILOT HAS BEEN FURNISHED FUEL MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTIONS. THE TANK IS PLACARDED FOR QUANTITY AND GRADE. THIS FUEL SYSTEM HAS BEEN INSTALLED IN ACCORDANCE WITH STANDARD PRACTICES PERTAINING TO HARDWARE AND FITTINGS. THE TANK HAS BEEN PRESSURE CHECKED TO 3.5 PSI. PRIOR TO APPROVING THIS AIRCRAFT FOR A RETURNTO SERVICE IN IT'S STANDARD CATEGORY, THE FUEL SYSTEM MUST BE RETURNED TO IT'S ORIGINAL CONFIGURATION. THE MAGNETIC COMPASS CHECKED FOR ACCURACY. THE TEMPORARY EQUIPMENT AND PLACARDS REMOVED. THE AIRCRAFT CHECKED FOR DAMAGE WHILE IN THE OVERWEIGHT CONDITION. (EXPIRY 3/10/98) |
