THIS AIRCRAFT HAS BEEN EQUIPPED WITH A TEMPORARY FERRY FUEL SYSTEM, CONSISTING OF ONE 105 GALLON TANK INSTALLED IAW EA-FSDO-65 ACCEPTED DATA CIRRUS DRAWING #13222 DATED 10/12/99 AND TELFORD AVIATION SVCS, INC REPORT TAS-CDC-SR20/22. SEE ATTACHED TEMPORARY WEIGHT AND BALANCEDATA. THIS TEMPORARY WEIGHT AND BALANCE DATA WILL REMAIN IN EFFECT FOR THE DURATION OF THE SPECIAL FLIGHT PERMIT (FAA FORM 8130-7) AND/ORTHE TEMPORARY FUEL SYSTEM IS REMOVED. REQUIREMENT FOR ADDITIONAL OIL HAS BEEN ESTABLISHED IAW AC23.1011-1. REMOVAL INSTRUCTIONS ARE INCLUDED ALONG WITH FERRY FUEL SYSTEM MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTIONS. NOTE: THIS IS A TEMPORARY INSTALLATION. UPON ARRIVAL AT DESTINATION, THE TEMPORARY FERRY FUEL SYSTEM MUST BE REMOVED; THE AIRCRAFT INSPECTED FOR DAMAGE AND PROPER OPERATIONS; AND THE COMPASS CHECKED FOR ACCURACYBEFORE RETURNING THIS AIRCRAFT TO SERVICE. THE CURRENT WEIGHT AND BALANCE DATA IN THE FAA APPROVED AIRPLANE FLIGHT MANUAL OR PILOTS OPERATING HANDBOOK WILL AGAIN APPLY.
