| THIS AIRCRAFT HAS BEEN EQUIPPED WITH A TEMPORARY FERRY FUEL SYSTEM, CONSISTING OF ONE 105 GALLON TANK INSTALLED IAW EA-FSDO-65 ACCEPTED DATA CIRRUS DRAWING #13222 DATED 10/12/99 AND TELFORD AVIATION SVCS, INC REPORT TAS-CDC-SR20/22. SEE ATTACHED TEMPORARY WEIGHT AND BALANCEDATA. THIS TEMPORARY WEIGHT AND BALANCE DATA WILL REMAIN IN EFFECT FOR THE DURATION OF THE SPECIAL FLIGHT PERMIT (FAA FORM 8130-7) AND/ORTHE TEMPORARY FUEL SYSTEM IS REMOVED. REQUIREMENT FOR ADDITIONAL OIL HAS BEEN ESTABLISHED IAW AC23.1011-1. REMOVAL INSTRUCTIONS ARE INCLUDED ALONG WITH FERRY FUEL SYSTEM MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTIONS. NOTE: THIS IS A TEMPORARY INSTALLATION. UPON ARRIVAL AT DESTINATION, THE TEMPORARY FERRY FUEL SYSTEM MUST BE REMOVED; THE AIRCRAFT INSPECTED FOR DAMAGE AND PROPER OPERATIONS; AND THE COMPASS CHECKED FOR ACCURACYBEFORE RETURNING THIS AIRCRAFT TO SERVICE.
