FERRY SYSTEM SHALL BE REMOVED UPON ARRIVAL AT DESTINATION BY ACERTIFIED MECHANIC OR REPAIR STATION AS REQUIRED BY THE FAA ADMIN ISTRATOR AND RECORDED IN MAINTENANCE RECORD; INSTRUCTIONS ATTACHED FORCONTINUED AIRWORTHINESS AND RETURN TO STANDARD CONDITION. AIRCRAFT ACTUAL GROSS WEIGHT 4750 POUNDS. ALLOWABLE MAXIMUM WEIGHT AUTHORIZED FOR FERRY PURPOSES 5225 POUNDS. ALSO NOTE IN AIRCRAFT LOG.
